If they’re USB printers, each one should show up as a separate printer in your computer’s print manager. So when you go to print, go to file>print and make sure you select which printer you want to print your first batch with. Then go back to file>print and select the printer you want to do your second batch with.
If they’re both parallel port printers, you’ll have to buy a PCI card to add an extra parallel port, but it should work the same.
