now I called and one of the support people said that the fax is on 24/7 and I should have no problem so if that is the case why am I getting no response?

just set up a fax machine and phone rang and it was a incoming fax. only thing that came out was a line saying where the fax came from. did i mess up the incoming fax when i picked up ? I hung back up when i realized it was a fax ?

My fax machine is hooked up to the same line as my phone… ie. they share a phone line. Is there a way to set my fax machine to identify and receive faxes without me being present to answer the phone? I have my voicemail set up on this line too, so I don’t want the fax machine to answer every call… just the faxes. Is there a way to make this happen or am I boned? Thanks.

My fax and telephone are on the same line. I have had 2 different fax machines, and the same thing happens. If the fax is left on, and somebody rings on that line the fax cuts in and all the person calling hears is a screatching tone, like on a modem. How can I stop this? Do I need a special fax machine or do I need a type of filter on my line? If so which one, and if there is a picture of it that would be great. Thankyou

I draw manga in black india ink. I draw by hand and scan to my computer to finish up. But my scanner is HORRIBLE. It degrades all my work.
What is the absolute BEST scanner to use? Something that won’t DESTROY my work’s quality?

so say if you took a high resolution picture of your ID card and put it on your iPod touch 2nd generation. say if you then went to lunch at school that day, would the scanner be able to scan it?

The ones that are free to download AND free to delete infected files. Lots want you to pay after they tell you how much junk is on your PC.

I know AVG does, but it plays havoc with my internet connection and turns my laptop into a slug. I am looking for a free antivirus program that includes email scanning, any recommendations and reasons greatly appreciated.
