I Am Trying To Fax Some Documents To Someone And My Fax Keeps Priniting Out No Answer?

now I called and one of the support people said that the fax is on 24/7 and I should have no problem so if that is the case why am I getting no response?

    Hook a telephone to your faxand listen while it dials out.
    If the other end just keeps ringing, while your fax is going , then their end is not picking up.
    If their end DOES pick up, but your fax just keeps going     , the problem may be in their fax machine.
    If your fax isn’t going     to communicate with theirs, then the problem is your machine.
    The problem with calling someone, is that THEIR equipment NEVER has a problem. It must be yours. Until you spend the time and trouble track it down, RUB their face in it, and force them to look into it. Then they MIGHT accept that their equipment can faill sometimes, too.
